Marxist dialectics inform much of the left (even to some extent the anarchists, at least in terms of analysis of the status quo if not the response to same), for the socialists too partake of the, "communal chalice" (if only preferring to take sips rather than quaff the lot down in one go), quote: "“You
say you seek "balance" and so do I....yes the dialectic is
annoying and one can't help thinking (post Credit Crunch), what
transparent opportunism is represented by the ("liberalised" much of it), left's
polemic.....it's just too reductionist for me and fails to grasp the
realities of the technocratic narrative....still entrenched in the
19c century it seeks to apply the Marxist dialectic failing to see
how anachronistic much of it is....I maintain however that Marx was a
"necessary" man...part of the human evolutionary process and
should not simply be dismissed” go to: http://members5.boardhost.com/xxxxx/thread/1547222243.html The Lifeboat News #TLN (subject to edit). So we still get calls (ever more strident in some quarters), for; "revolution" and revolutionary action. Did humanity learn nothing from the 20c? "Revolution incurs a debt that evolution must pay" and surely we are in-hoc to our eyeballs already! The blood of the vulnerable and dispossessed which is being shed on the streets and in the; "door-to-door Belsen's" (Fish, "Fugazi"), ..
..all over the world at present cannot demand the spilling of more of the same to quench its fire, which is why (although immensely sympathetic to the cause), I will not support the Anti-WiFi-Brigade ("AWFB"), if push-comes-to-shove and some of the disenfranchised, surveilled and otherwise affected by the all pervasive nature of Wi-Fi technology decide that attacks on its infrastructure are a necessary response. There are two reasons for this, firstly (as I stated before); "An unexamined response might be both disastrously polarising and
catastrophic, reliance on mobile-phones and Wi-Fi technology has meant
that attacks against infrastructure would (undoubtedly), eventually
result in unnecessary deaths. Could it be considered by protestors that
any fatalities were causalities of war and that none are
hors-de-combat?" ..and.. "forcing the authorities to make difficult choices in terms of
proportionality of response. Might the Powers-that-Be be tempted to go
over-the-top in order to put down such rebellious behaviour and if so
would this not inflame an already volatile situation? If a "storm" is on
the horizon defusing any possible conflict must be a priority." Secondly, such a response would be both partial and ultimately unnecessary for have we not already got our hands on the, "means of production" of these energies? The simplest solutions are always the most difficult to grasp for they unfailing speak to something intrinsic to our own natures and require a paradigm shift, a shift that in this case would be away from the notion that we somehow have an inalienable right to hear the sound of our own voices over and above the increasing clamour of that of both our planet and every organism upon it which it is our duty to care for and protect. The increase in the personal ephemera which pollutes the psyche-sphere should give a clue as to where we have been going wrong, sure everyone likes to think that their own activities are more important than those of others and that the rest of the population should take a desperate interest in our concerns but that is the egoid-consciousness that maturity should eschew as it would a bad-mannered guest at a private party! The fact that the data-vampires now feed upon our souls and exploit every unconsidered spewing forth of our activities into the ether may be a cause for much concern but it is difficult to blame bloodsuckers for expressing their ("un-"?), natural tendencies and exploiting our weaknesses, after all you wouldn't cut oneself to shreds and then jump into a river full of hungry piranhas would you? You can't blame the fish! Yes those preying on our insecurities need to be taught a lesson about their own but there is only one way to do that and that is by ridding oneself of all Wi-Fi distractions, insisting to the Powers-that-Be that you don't want to be forced to use such dangerous devices and proselytising for the removal of these intrusions from our communal spaces and institutions. Ethernet is quite sufficient for our needs and an, "Ethernet Only" protocol would ensure that all the dangerous flighty-flimflam we would otherwise be emitting was properly grounded and no longer capable of secreting itself away to perform unspeakable acts of Oedipal Onanism. We must stop crying; "wolf" when it is we who have left the sheep pen open! Thereby hangs the tale, the means of our emancipation are in our own hands, put a water-filled bucket by you front door with a label on it saying, "please leave your Wi-Fi device here!"
Some may have inferred from my previous posts that I also believe that the auric disruptions caused by the use of such dangerous energies are actually responsible for many of the accidents and illnesses which they are then used to summon help to deal with, well if you are one of these then you are indeed correct, such must be the case for it; "does what it says on the tin!" This is no excuse, however, for denying those who (many unwittingly and despite their best intentions), have caused their own injuries and dis-ease succour from those who might be able to (at least partially), address the conditions of such "unfortunates" and allow them to live-to-fight-another-day.
Yellow vests knock out 60% of all speed cameras in France
Quote: "Members of the "yellow vests"
protest movement have vandalised almost 60% of France's entire speed
camera network, the interior minister has said.
Christophe Castaner said the wilful damage was a threat to road safety and put lives in danger. The protest movement began over fuel tax increases, and saw motorists block roads and motorway toll booths.
Some protesters feel speed cameras are solely a revenue-generating measure which takes money from the poor.
The BBC's Hugh Schofield, in Paris, said evidence of the vandalism is visible to anyone driving around France, with radar cameras covered in paint or black tape to stop them working.
But the extent of the damage - now believed to affect more than half of all 3,200 speed cameras in the country's network - was unknown until Mr Castaner's statement on Thursday." Go to: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-46822472

What if one of your loved ones was killed by a speeding driver who as a result of such actions could not be prosecuted? This exemplifies the need for our media to highlight the potential seriousness of the current situation by airing a drama that deals with the potential for Khaos and heart-break that such (un-), civil-war represents. A deep breath needs to be taken on both sides before we are plunged yet again into (unnecessarily), polarised conflict. #LossofSignal
