Max Spiers’ death caused widespread suspicion among his friends and family, who said he had been investigating some “dark” things.
The 39-year-old, from Canterbury, was complaining of illness before he was found dead in Warsaw, Poland on 16 July. He had been due to speak at a conference.
In October, The Independent revealed that the Foreign Office would not be investigating the death. They said the procedure was the responsibility of the Polish authorities.
However, an inquest was opened in Canterbury after a British post mortem was unable to establish a cause of death.
“Mr Spiers became ill with a high temperature and was weak,” said coroner’s investigations officer Caroline O’Donnell, according to the Kentish Gazette.
“The following day, Mr Spiers vomited two litres of black fluid.”" Go to: http://www.independent.co.uk/news/people/max-spiers-conspiracy-theorist-vomit-black-fluid-death-inquest-coroner-canterbury-a7478786.html For full article.
Quote; "It was when former NASA contractor Donna Hare went whistleblower in November 2000 with claims that NASA staff digitally edited out UFOs from satellite pictures before they were released, from Building eight of the Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas, that Mr McKinnon, 49, decided he had to know more.
An avid interest in the so-called alien disclosure movement, which calls on governments worldwide to release all their top-secret files of UFOs and alien visitations, led him to hack into computer databases of NASA, the US military and the Pentagon, from his girlfriend’s aunt’s home in London.
First, while scouring US Navy databases, Mr McKinnon stumbled across a file containing a list of “non-terrestrial officers” with their ranks and names and a separate file of “material transfers between ships”.
Although, he has no record of any of the officer or ship names now, he claims further research at the time found no trace of any of the ships anywhere or of the use of the term non-terrestrial officer.
Non-terrestrial does not just mean not from earth, it can also mean not land based, meaning the term would not be irregular in terms of the navy. When asked if non-terrestrial officers could mean something else such as this or astronauts, Mr McKinnon added: “It could be up to you how you interpret them.”
The other evidence uncovered by Mr McKinnon was while trawling the 255 computers of building eight at the Johnson Space Center.
He said: “There were image databases with roll one: filtered or processed and unprocessed. They were 200-odd megabytes each. I had full remote control of the desktop.”" Go to: http://earthmysterynews.com/2016/12/07/proof-nasa-edits-out-ufos-what-gary-mckinnon-found-on-2-year-hack-spree/

a trailer which suggested a connection between the systems revealed in
McKinnon's hacked data and Ronald Reagan's so-called "Star Wars"
programme. You see it was suggested at the time (see vid.), that the space
defence system Reagan outlined to the public could not have worked to
anything like "deterrent" capacity with the technology which was then available. So why did Gorbachev bend the knee? I have
believed for many years that there was more to the actual conflict of forces
in space and that there were "black budget" devices to be
added to the public equation. That there should be a "space marine
core" or that such funding as was necessary to create one was substantially increased under Reagan should come as no surprise to anyone..

Appeal to the House of Lords
Quote; "Representing McKinnon in the House of Lords on 16 June 2008, barristers told the Law Lords that the prosecutors had said McKinnon faced a possible 8–10 years in jail per count if he contested the charges (there were seven counts) without any chance of repatriation, but only 37–46 months if he co-operated and went voluntarily to the United States. U.S.-style plea bargains are not a part of English jurisprudence (although it is standard practice to reduce the sentence by one-third for a defendant who pleads guilty)[13] and McKinnon's lawyers contended that in effect this was intimidation to force McKinnon to waive his legal rights. McKinnon also stated that he had been told that he could serve part of his sentence in the UK if he co-operated. He rejected the offer because the Americans would not guarantee these concessions.
McKinnon's barrister said that the Law Lords could deny extradition if there was an abuse of process: "If the United States wish to use the processes of English courts to secure the extradition of an alleged offender, then they must play by our rules."[14]
The House of Lords rejected this argument, with the lead judgement (of Lord Brown of Eaton-under-Heywood) holding that "the difference between the American system and our own is not perhaps so stark as [McKinnon]'s argument suggests" and that extradition proceedings should "accommodate legal and cultural differences between the legal systems of the many foreign friendly states with whom the UK has entered into reciprocal extradition arrangements".[15]
Further appeals
McKinnon appealed to the European Court of Human Rights,[16] which briefly imposed a bar on the extradition,[17] but the request for an appeal was rejected.
On 23 January 2009, McKinnon won permission from the High Court to apply for a judicial review against his extradition.[18] On 31 July 2009, the High Court announced that McKinnon had lost this appeal.[19][20] McKinnon's legal team, solicitor Karen Todner and barrister Ben Cooper, applied for a judicial review into the Home Secretary's rejection of medical evidence, which stated that, when he could easily be tried in the UK, it was unnecessary, cruel and inhumane to inflict the further stress of removing him from his homeland, his family and his medical support network.[citation needed]
British government blocks extradition
On 16 October 2012, Home Secretary Theresa May announced to the House of Commons that the extradition had been blocked, saying that "Mr McKinnon's extradition would give rise to such a high risk of him ending his life that a decision to extradite would be incompatible with Mr McKinnon's human rights." She stated that the Director of Public Prosecutions would determine whether McKinnon should face trial before a British court.[21] On 14 December, the DPP, Keir Starmer, announced that McKinnon would not be prosecuted in the United Kingdom, because of the difficulties involved in bringing a case against him when the evidence was in the United States.[22]" Go to: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gary_McKinnon

experimental beam weapon in what "Star Wars" program officials called
a major milestone for the anti-missile system. The neutral particle beam accelerator was launched into space from White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico last Thursday and operated for four minutes, officials said, sending out pulses of energy. Military scientists hope that such energy pulses one day will be capable of destroying incoming enemy missiles.
Long-Term Projects
All are long-term development projects that are not expected to be deployed until well into the 21st Century, if future administrations support the program and Congress is willing to fund it.
"The particle beam worked perfectly. That's a major engineering achievement," Air Force Col. Thomas Meyer, director of SDI's energy office, said at a Pentagon news conference Monday.
The 24-foot, 3,500-pound beam accelerator was launched to an altitude of 125 miles on a Minuteman 2 rocket. It was the first time that the device had been tested in space.
The accelerator creates an energized beam of hydrogen atoms carrying no electrical charge. SDI scientists explained that the beam is created by powerful accelerators propelling negative atoms that are stripped of their extra electron as the beam emerges from the device at nearly the speed of light.
Meyer said that the beam does not burn through metal but rather penetrates the warhead and then releases its energy. "We call them proton torpedoes*," he said." Go to: http://articles.latimes.com/1989-07-18/news/mn-4091_1_beam-weapon For full article.

MkUltra and "Super Soldiers"
Quote; "What is MKULTRA?
Wikipedia explains MKULTRA as the following:
Project MKUltra—sometimes
referred to as the CIA’s mind control program—was the code name given to
an illegal program of experiments on human subjects, designed and
undertaken by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
Experiments on humans were intended to identify and develop drugs,
alcohol, stick and poke tattoos, and procedures to be used in
interrogations and torture, in order to weaken the individual to force
confessions through mind control. Organized through the Scientific
Intelligence Division of the CIA, the project coordinated with the
Special Operations Division of the U.S. Army’s Chemical Corps. The
program began in the early 1950s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, was
reduced in scope in 1964, further curtailed in 1967 and officially
halted in 1973. The program engaged in many illegal activities; in
particular it used unwitting U.S. and Canadian citizens as its test
subjects, which led to controversy regarding its legitimacy. MKUltra
used numerous methodologies to manipulate people’s mental states and
alter brain functions, including the surreptitious administration of
drugs (especially LSD) and other chemicals, hypnosis, sensory
deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse, as well as various
forms of torture.
The scope of Project MKUltra
was broad, with research undertaken at 80 institutions, including 44
colleges and universities, as well as hospitals, prisons, and
pharmaceutical companies. The CIA operated through these institutions
using front organizations, although sometimes top officials at these
institutions were aware of the CIA’s involvement. As the US Supreme
Court later noted, MKULTRA was:
concerned with “the research and development of chemical, biological, and radiological materials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior.” The program consisted of some 149 subprojects which the Agency contracted out to various universities, research foundations, and similar institutions. At least 80 institutions and 185 private researchers participated. Because the Agency funded MKUltra indirectly, many of the participating individuals were unaware that they were dealing with the Agency.
Project MKUltra was first
brought to public attention in 1975 by the Church Committee of the U.S.
Congress, and a Gerald Ford commission to investigate CIA activities
within the United States. Investigative efforts were hampered by the
fact that CIA Director Richard Helms ordered all MKUltra files destroyed
in 1973; the Church Committee and Rockefeller Commission investigations
relied on the sworn testimony of direct participants and on the
relatively small number of documents that survived Helms’ destruction
order.
In 1977, a Freedom of
Information Act request uncovered a cache of 20,000 documents relating
to project MKUltra, which led to Senate hearings later that same year.
In July 2001, some surviving information regarding MKUltra was
declassified.
The Black Vault and the FOIA Document Release
The Black Vault filed a FOIA request for all documents pertaining to MKULTRA and related projects back in the late 1990s. Despite the reports that MKULTRA documents were destroyed in 1973, the CIA did locate some files and I was told that these documents were being reviewed.
For YEARS I waited, and was never contacted back by the CIA. In time, the CIA DID release the documents on four CD-ROMs. I received these documents back in 2004, and was one of the first (if not the first) to have uploaded the ENTIRE collection of MKULTRA records to the internet.
Below, you will find the links to the data on the CD-ROMS as originally received.
Originally, the CIA directories contained .tif images of the documents (not my favorite format) and two other files. The .txt file is a poor excuse for a OCR (optical character recognition) of the document, and a .dat file which contains a one line description, as found in the index below.
This has been an extremely popular dataset since I first added it, and in March of 2017 — expanded the original CIA release with a newer, updated, searchable PDF format consisting of their original .TIF file releases." Super Soldiers
Quote; "You’ve seen it as science-fiction on TV or in the movies, but now it’s science-fact. I’m talking about the Pentagon’s DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) creation of a super soldier army with super human abilities achieved through genetic modification. Going on for some years, shrouded in secrecy, these mutants will make future wars totally different games.
The genetic modification of
specific human genes will give these soldiers certain characteristics
advantageous on the battlefield, giving rise to the most amazing abilities and
performances.
Even more disturbingly, the “Human Assisted Neural Devices program” involving brain control allows the ‘joystick’ remote operation of soldiers from some far away control center.
All this has been revealed, even in mainstream media. In spite of the secrecy, fiction writer Simon
was allowed into the Pentagon’s DARPA and given a guided tour… Doesn’t this suggest that DARPA are well into the final stages and they want us to get used to the idea of a genetically modified super soldier army? The type of super human characteristics that have been developed (or are in the development stages) in the soldiers is indicated by funding allocations. For example, DARPA has handed out a $40 million grant to California and Pennsylvania Universities to develop memory-controlling implants.
It has also been revealed that DARPA awarded $9.9 million to the Institute for Preclinical Studies Texas A&M University to develop a means of surviving significant blood loss. This would overcome the normal difficulties in requiring life-saving medical treatment immediately after combat injury which is known to be difficult to give during the complications and dangers encountered on the battlefield.
Another characteristic in development is having the soldiers genetically modified to hibernate throughout winter. There is a gene in squirrels that produces an enzyme in the pancreas which enables this ability. This gene can be taken from the squirrel and inserted into solders…" Go to: http://www.activistpost.com/2015/10/darpa-genetically-modified-humans-for-a-super-soldier-army.html For full article.

The document - signed by President Bush - also says "freedom of action in space is as important to the United States as air power and sea power".
The document rejects any proposals to ban space weapons.
But the White House has said the policy does not call for the development or deployment of weapons in space.
However, some military experts warn that by refusing to enter into negotiations on space weaponry, the US is likely to fuel international suspicions that it will develop such weapons.
The 10-page strategic document states that the US national security "is critically dependent upon space capabilities, and this dependence will grow".
"The United States will preserve its rights, capabilities, and freedom of action in space... and deny, if necessary, adversaries the use of space capabilities hostile to US national interests," it says.
Satellite fears
The document also sets out US commercial ambitions, saying it is committed to encouraging and facilitating a growing entrepreneurial space sector.
It is the first revision in US space policy for 10 years, and it is a forthright one, the BBC's Nick Miles in Washington says.
It addresses concerns voiced in a 2001 Pentagon report that said technological advances would enable potential enemies to disrupt orbiting US .satellites, our correspondent says.
